I’m a Computer I.T Geek That loves technology and web itself, although I have been into blogging for quite some times, but I didn’t focus much on it because I am learning so many new things which didn’t make me give much attention to blogging.
Now am back into blogging with my new blog named Techmedia NG, and am into Web Penetration Testing.
Techmedia NG is a technology blog which is created by ME in other to help the I.T Geeks like me in this field to learn something new.
How did you get the idea and what motivated you to start your own business?
It’s a long story anyway but I can remember it was around 2006/2007 by one of my brother who introduced me to Internet, and around 2009 I was into blogging by myself but don’t know what it is, until my friend came to help me Emmanuel Olalere. It was really fun then.
What were some of the biggest challenges you faced when you started out and how did you overcome them?
The biggest challenge then I faced is Internet. Lack of internet connection in Nigeria is what is bringing us down and lack of electricity.
We have a lots of things to do and a lot of things to learn from the Internet, but we live in a country where the Internet is something we have to be pay money for before we can access it for some time.
The money we are paying for internet is too much, How much are we earning now and how much are we going to be buying DATA Bundles?
Though, no worries about such things anymore as I am now in college where I now enjoy free internet.
What is the one habit that makes you effective as an entrepreneur? What is that habit you seriously would love to change?
I would love to change some part of the Internet when time comes, some one is Linus Torvalds and Denis Ritchie they change some part in Linux, I would love to change some parts as well when time comes, From Nigeria And From Africa.
Can you please share some of your writing goals with us? What’s next for you?
Hmm, I blog on my passion what I know I can do myself not what I see someone is doing and I decided to follow him. I mostly write with my brain, I came up with post and share it, That’s all.
What softwares/apps/web services you just can’t live without?
As of now I can’t do without my personal blog Shehu Awwal because it’s my online journal where I shared everything I do every single day.
What is the trend in your industry that you are mostly excited about?
I usually love to read about Hacking, how it works and different guys behind the scene.
What’s the most interesting book/eBook/blog post you’ve ever read?
I love reading any post relating to Ethical Hacking or Web Application that explains how everything is working and enjoy creating Lab for testing.
Which book are you currently reading?
I have a lots of books I have downloaded to my PC, but I haven’t touched any one yet because I don’t have time to read them because of studies but Al-Qur’an is the only book I can’t do without reading them.
Any type of writing or entrepreneurial ritual you have?

Facebook, and by sharing it with friends.
Are you leveraging social media to reach your customers? If yes, in what ways? Which social media channel is working best for you? If none, what challenges are you facing?
Who are your entrepreneurial role models and why?
Seun Osewa owner of Nairaland and Don Caprio because they write the codes themselves, this two dudes are obviously the best in their fortes.
Would you recommend any books to other writers/bloggers/entrepreneurs? Why is this book good?
Go to Google and learn anything you feel like learning, the Internet is full of free resources, Google is your teacher. The internet is wide you can’t learn everything and become professional rather based on something and become professional in it.
In your opinion, what’s the measure of a successful writer/blogger/entrepreneur?
Writing skill, how they explained their post with screenshot, I like a blogger/writer writing a meaningful post that someone will be able to practice not stories that will contain 1,000 words without meaning.
If you could just give one advice to an aspiring writer/blogger/entrepreneur, what would it be?
Learn it yourself, and be patience. Everyone started from somewhere, although everyone is blogging for money nowadays. But you’ve to work hard to earned.
